病人：There is this little drip in the back of my skull and it’s keeping me up all night dripping dripping...展开dripping rolling down my spine. I feel like I can almost touch them doc. Like they’re right there for me to grab and they’re just flying away out of my skull and taking all those dark thoughts and little devils with them. Just fluttering away and leaving the good stuff behind. Butterflies, doc. I’m going to get my canvas doc and my paints. Butterflies. I think I’m all better. I think I’m ready to leave.
医生：Maybe we should talk about this more.
病人：I have this idea in my mind for a painting about butterflies. Blue and green and yellow butterflies, tumbling out of my brain. I think it’s going to be good.
医生：Do you think that’s a good idea? You remember what happened last time.
病人：Last time isn’t this time. I’m not really here.
